Varieties and cultivars have a profound impact on the cup profile of each coffee on our menu in the same way that wine grapes impact the flavor profile of vineyards across the globe. This list should serve as your guide to understanding some of the flavor differences between our coffees. Enjoy some of our killer blends!
1. ESPRESSO BLEND

30% BRAZIL CRUZEIRO
30% PNG KEROMINE AX
Our award winning espresso blend has the balls to cut thru milk, but also is very balanced to be consumed black. The P.N.G gives a nice level of acidity, with the Honduras giving the chocolatey characteristics.while the Brazil adds some sweetness and toasted hazelnut flavours.
2. THE BLACK SHEEP BLEND
50% EL SALVADOR EL CARMEN
50% BRAZIL FAZENDA SAO SILVESTRE
A wonderful blend for people who love there espresso. we did this blend for rasv coffee awards,where we picked up a 'Silver Medal', it has a wonderful balanced flavour. There is a strong presence of caramel and a buttery mouth feel that also drinks great with milk.

3. HONDURAS SAN JUAN INTIBUCA
Strictly high grown fully washed coffee. From the Intibuca region
This stunning coffee cups with hazelnut, dark chocolate,and hints of berry fruits. There is a lovely chocolate liquor finish that lingers on the pallet.
4. BRAZIL SAO SILVESTRE
Grown in the
high cerrado region, 1250 metres above sea level. Naturally processed.
With an excellent buttery aroma, intense chocolate flavor which prefectly matches the slight citric acidity.
5. COLOMBIAN RESERVA TACUEYO
From the popayan disrict. Fully washed. Grown at 1500 metres above sea level.
Bright and tangy with spices[pepper and clove], plum and toffee notes. It finishes with a malt and maple syrup finish.
6. ETHIOPIAN YIRGACHEFFE ARICHA
A natural processed coffee
A real typical Yirg natural! Floral, sweet lychee, jack fruit acidity, blueberry, slightly earthy. A lasting sweetness
7. ORGANIC HONDURAS SELIN EDGARADO RECINOS SHG
Cups with nectarine flavour and acidity up front. Chocolate notes builds to a creamy texture and sticky walnut finish.
Fully washed grown 1450-1600 metres above sea level
8. ORGANIC PAPUA NEW GUINEA KEROMINE AX
Grown in the Chimbu province. Fully washed.
grown 1500 to 2000 metres above sea level.
This PNG presents its self as a full heavy body. Orange acidity through to a long bittersweet cocoa finish.
9. DECAF COLOMBIAN ORGANIC SWISS WATER PROCESSED
Grown in the Popayan area of Colombia and is certified organic.
What can I say! It’s the best decaf we can buy. We roast it as good as we can, we don’t discriminate. Just try it.
10. EL SALVADOR EL CARMEN
El Carmen estate is located 1300 Masl in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range.
Dark chocolate with candied orange, with a long creamy full body finish.well suited to espresso.
11. COSTA RICA VERA BLANCA
A fruit forward flavor profile that is reminiscent of a natural Ethiopian, leads to a sweet finish that is best enjoyed via any filter brewing method.
